如(ru)何選(xuan)擇(ze)絕(jue)緣電(dian)阻測試(shi)儀和(he)兆歐(ou)表?
絕(jue)緣電(dian)阻測試(shi)儀(高(gao)精(jing)度(du)LCR測試(shi)儀)主(zhu)要(yao)由(you)三部(bu)分(fen)組(zu)成。第(di)壹個是直(zhi)流高(gao)壓(ya)發(fa)生器,用於產(chan)生直(zhi)流高(gao)壓(ya)。第(di)二(er)個是測(ce)量(liang)電(dian)路(lu)。第(di)三(san)是顯(xian)示。
(1)直(zhi)流高(gao)壓(ya)發(fa)生器
必須(xu)在(zai)測量(liang)端施(shi)加高壓(ya)以(yi)測(ce)量(liang)絕(jue)緣電(dian)阻。在(zai)絕緣電(dian)阻測試(shi)儀的國(guo)家(jia)標準(zhun)中,將該(gai)高(gao)壓(ya)值(zhi)為(wei)50V,100V,250V,500V,1000V,2500V,5000v。通(tong)常,有(you)三(san)種產生直(zhi)流高(gao)壓(ya)的方法(fa)。第壹(yi)種是手(shou)動發(fa)電(dian)機。目前(qian),中國(guo)生產的絕(jue)緣電(dian)阻測試(shi)儀中(zhong)約(yue)有(you)80%使(shi)用這(zhe)種方法(fa)(兆歐(ou)表名稱(cheng)的來源(yuan))。第(di)二種是通(tong)過(guo)電源(yuan)變(bian)壓(ya)器(qi)增加電壓(ya),並(bing)通(tong)過(guo)整流(liu)獲(huo)得(de)直(zhi)流高(gao)壓(ya)。該(gai)方法(fa)被(bei)壹般(ban)的電(dian)絕緣電(dian)阻測試(shi)儀采(cai)用。第(di)三(san)種方法(fa)是利(li)用晶(jing)體管(guan)振(zhen)蕩或的PWM電(dian)路產(chan)生直(zhi)流高(gao)壓(ya),用於電(dian)池(chi)型和電池(chi)型絕緣電(dian)阻測試(shi)儀。
(2)測(ce)量(liang)電(dian)路(lu)
在(zai)上述的絕(jue)緣電(dian)阻測試(shi)儀中(zhong),將測(ce)量(liang)電(dian)路(lu)和(he)顯(xian)示部(bu)組(zu)合(he)為(wei)壹(yi)體(ti)。它由(you)壹個電流(liu)比較器(qi)儀表完成,該(gai)儀表由(you)兩(liang)個線(xian)圈(quan)組(zu)成,兩(liang)個線(xian)圈(quan)的夾角約(yue)為(wei)60°,其中壹(yi)個在(zai)電壓(ya)兩(liang)端平(ping)行(xing),另(ling)壹個在(zai)測量(liang)電(dian)路(lu)中(zhong)串(chuan)聯。指示器(qi)指針的偏(pian)轉(zhuan)角由(you)兩(liang)個線(xian)圈(quan)中的電(dian)流比(bi)確定。不(bu)同的偏(pian)轉(zhuan)角代(dai)表不(bu)同的電(dian)阻值。測(ce)量(liang)的電(dian)阻越小(xiao),測量(liang)電(dian)路(lu)中(zhong)的線(xian)圈(quan)電流(liu)就(jiu)越大,指針的偏(pian)轉(zhuan)角就(jiu)越大。另(ling)壹種方法(fa)是使(shi)用線(xian)性電(dian)流(liu)表作為測(ce)量(liang)和(he)顯(xian)示。因為前(qian)面使(shi)用的電(dian)流比(bi)較器(qi)的線(xian)圈(quan)中的磁(ci)場不(bu)均(jun)勻(yun),所(suo)以當(dang)指針處(chu)於無(wu)限遠(yuan)時(shi),電流(liu)線(xian)圈(quan)就(jiu)位於磁(ci)通(tong)密度(du)強的位(wei)置(zhi),因此盡管測得(de)的電(dian)阻很(hen)大,流(liu)過(guo)電流(liu)線(xian)圈(quan)的電(dian)流很(hen)小(xiao),線(xian)圈(quan)的偏(pian)轉(zhuan)角會(hui)很(hen)大。當(dang)測(ce)得(de)的電(dian)阻較小(xiao)或為(wei)0時(shi),流過(guo)電流(liu)線(xian)圈(quan)的電(dian)流較大,並(bing)且線(xian)圈(quan)已偏轉(zhuan)到磁(ci)通(tong)密度(du)小的位(wei)置(zhi),並且由(you)此引起(qi)的偏(pian)轉(zhuan)角不(bu)會(hui)很(hen)大。這(zhe)樣,實現了(le)非線(xian)性校(xiao)正(zheng)。普(pu)通(tong)絕(jue)緣電(dian)阻測試(shi)儀頭的電(dian)阻值顯(xian)示需要(yao)跨越(yue)幾(ji)個數量(liang)級(ji)。但(dan)是(shi)在(zai)測量(liang)電(dian)路(lu)中(zhong)直(zhi)接串(chuan)聯使(shi)用線(xian)性電(dian)流(liu)表並不(bu)是很(hen)好(hao)。當(dang)電(dian)阻值高(gao)並且無(wu)法區分(fen)時(shi),所有(you)秤都(dou)被(bei)擠壓(ya)在(zai)壹起(qi)。為了(le)實現(xian)非線(xian)性校(xiao)正(zheng),有必(bi)要(yao)在(zai)測量(liang)電(dian)路(lu)中(zhong)添(tian)加非線(xian)性元(yuan)件。因此,當(dang)電(dian)阻較小(xiao)時(shi),可(ke)以實(shi)現分(fen)流(liu)效(xiao)果(guo)。當(dang)電(dian)阻高時(shi),沒有(you)分(fen)路(lu),因此電阻值顯(xian)示為(wei)幾(ji)個數量(liang)級(ji)。隨著電子(zi)技術(shu)和計(ji)算(suan)機技術(shu)的發(fa)展,數(shu)字(zi)絕(jue)緣電(dian)阻測試(shi)儀逐(zhu)漸(jian)取(qu)代(dai)指針式儀器(qi)。
還(hai)開(kai)發(fa)了(le)數字(zi)絕(jue)緣電(dian)阻測試(shi)儀的測(ce)量(liang)技術(shu),其中(zhong)電(dian)壓(ya)比(bi)較器(qi)電(dian)路是比較好(hao)的測(ce)量(liang)電(dian)路(lu)之(zhi)壹(yi),它由(you)電壓(ya)橋(qiao)和測(ce)量(liang)橋(qiao)組(zu)成。兩(liang)個電橋(qiao)的輸(shu)出(chu)信(xin)號通(tong)過(guo)A / D轉(zhuan)換分(fen)別(bie)轉(zhuan)換為(wei)數(shu)字(zi)值(zhi),然(ran)後通(tong)過(guo)單個芯片(pian)轉(zhuan)換為(wei)數(shu)字(zi)值(zhi)。
2.絕緣電(dian)阻測試(shi)儀和(he)兆歐(ou)表的選(xuan)擇
